MEMM "smoking gun" update

Hi,

Below is an important web page, but first an update since people are periodically asking me in private for updates. As stated early on in the MEMM project, such a "smoking gun" is not expected until early 2007. Hopefully someone working on the SM project will complete a freely published "smoking gun" with extreme build instructions before early 2007!!! I apologize for being such a perfectionist. It's always been my way to meticulously go over every detail, possibility, learn what is happening, and produce the best possible outcome. One path I cannot stand is stabbing in the dark. Therefore, due to my experience with Murphy's law I provided plenty of time. So far everything is on schedule, as I padded plenty of time for even measuring the Magnetocaloric effect of various magnetic materials.  I am still searching for the best inexpensive material at reasonable operating temperatures.

Below is a web page I created that allows people to enter their email address for the purpose of being contacted when the "smoking gun" is complete. You may mark your email as private or public. If you select "private" then your email will be wiped and removed from the server and placed on my *removable* flash drive. For those who mark their email as public will eventually receive a list of all public emails, in which all email addresses will be wiped and removed from the server. Note that all public email address are *only* available to others on that list. So your email will not be made public for everyone, just those on the list.

For the above reason, you may use such a list to send your mass emailing if and when you get the smoking gun. Below is the link.

Also, in case overunity.com goes down, I created a google groups forum, which is capable of handing millions of viewers in the case the "smoking gun" is finally released. When that day occurs, and it will, overunity.com will never be able to handle the traffic. First, thanks so far for those who've posted their email. Again, the ones marked as public will only be made available to those of us on the list.

Some people want to know why, so consider the following scenario -->

I am 100% for open source, but as stated, I will first hit the road handing out 10's of thousands of Xeroxed detailed build instructions, which will have the URL's of this site, peswiki, the Google Groups, and my website. All sites will immediately be fried except Google Groups, which is also limited. Initially we could use my Google Groups forum, but when the news spreads worldwide then we'll only have email as a means of exchange. Once the "smoking gun" is released it will be vitally important to spread the word as quickly as possible.

Also I will never sell your email address. This is only an email exchange.

Scientists find 'smoking gun' evidence from the creation of the universe

Scientists believe that less than a trillionth of a second after the Big Bang, the universe began to rapidly expand as fast as the speed of light. The idea that the universe underwent a rapid expansion is called inflation. As the universe spread out and cooled down, atoms that later made gas, dust, stars and planets were formed.
