The mechanical tension that undergoes the bolt 72 cancels the mechanical tension that the bolt 73 undergoes, because 72 is in opposition to 73.

At the same time the mechanical tension that undergoes the bolt 74 cancels the mechanical tension that the bolt 75 undergoes. because 74 is in opposition to 75.

Thus the resultant of the mechanical twists is zero, so the microscopic motor 9 turns at empty.

Turning at empty does means that the microscopic motor 9 is useful only to remove friction of bearings and friction of air.

I know very well that the mechanical torsions on the base 11 are gigantic, but they cancel between them, inside the metal structure of 11 (iron).
