Hey. I wanted to share this for the tinkerer. I created a design for a 12 slot outrunner drum motor stator. It uses an alternative to steel laminate, Metglas, or ceramic. The outer diameter is 6.7", the inner diameter is 3", and the depth is 1". This is just for fun and could make a neat weekend project for someone. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2954231 All other parts for a working motor is up to you.
