Hi, thanks for the suggestions. I tried them all on earlier projects. For a 12 volt system you need a heavier gauge wire for higher current and have as many turns as possible but then you increase the resistance. It is a give and take condition depending on how much power the mosfet can dissipate. Once a max current and matching mosfet is found then increasing the magnet size will increase the torque and RPM. Thanks again. I am replacing the pulse motor with a windshield wiper motor with a PWM dc motor controller just to get the device working.  The goal for this year is to measure the electricity used at the input and measure the generated power at the output. After that I can start making improvements
