This idea was inspired by Gerid Morin's work with pole transformers.

3 metal plates (ideally copper) are spaced 1 quarter wavelength apart of the input. The input is a sinewave applied to the middle plate while the 2 outer plates are line 1 and line 2 180 degree out of phase outputs.
