Lots of my relatives were killed during Nazi occupation of Croatia.


And for Germans after the war life was hard because of that legacy.

Here is EMJunkie's use of Ohm's Law to an MR16 12 V, AC/DC type, 7.5 W LED bulb, see the 1st attachment which is a copy
of his post on his aboveunity forum in the Captainloz thread.

I quote two sentences from his post, this is the 1st one: 

"The Resistance of this globe at 12 Volts and 7.5 Watts, is 19.2 Ohms approximately." 

Let's accept this, albeit we do not know under what measuring conditions the manufacturer specified the 7.5 W power.
The lamp label includes 0.75 A current and this gives 9 W power at 12 V if we assume the numbers are DC voltage and
current, just for simplicity. Note that dividing the 7.5 W by the 9 W we get 0.833 i.e. 83.3% efficiency, sounds acceptable. 
Note also that 12V / 0.75A = 16 Ohm but again his 19.2 Ohm is still close to this and indeed approximatelly ok.

Here is EMJunkie's 2nd sentence I quote:

"If the Voltage across this Globe was 24 Volts, that means, according to Ohms Law, the Globe is consuming the Power of:
P = V2 / R = 24 Volts2 / 19.2 Ohms = 30 Watts." 

Well, this is not correct at all, the power draw at higher (or lower) than 12 V input voltages can only be answered by measurements
when someone does not know what circuits are involved in such lamps designed for AC/DC operation.

they were Kichler MR16 types. I attached a second snapshot from the video with his measurement results, taken at video time 3:30. 
He used a variable power supply and measured input current at the given input voltage levels.
I attached a 3rd snapshot I took from another 12 V AC/DC, 5W, 2700K LED bulb tear down video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-Roc5TLdnw  and at the end of this video the person varied the input voltage in 1V and then in 2V
steps from 6V up to 30V from a variable power supply and logged input currents.

And what is also good in the 2nd video is that the full internal circuit of such 12V AC/DC LED lamps is shown and the operation of a
constanct current drive is nicely explained.   
IF EMJunkie were a serious experimenter, he would not write about 30 W power he believes such LED lamp draws from 28V
but simply he would take measurements for his MR16 lamp. This would be valid for the two incandescent lamps too!
