Citizens of Russia aren't all good or bad nor educated or not- it is diversity like in any country.
But Russia exists in its recognizable form.
Scientists aren't/weren't  seen as believers or not but as physical value contributors to conservative physics.

Yes.
I was in DARPA programs as principal investigator and chief of scientific team.
That only says that someone designated monetary value to prove again that models in
physics are valid .
