Place 2 fans one behind the other.
The front fan consumes less electricity, yet the wind output is more than 2x one fan.

All of the explanations I have seen of this were good, but they focused
upon some other aspects.  They all failed / were unclear in their explanations,
addressing that aspect which is in the JPG / drawing I posted (including Veritasium).

The two racks and gear set assembly will function as explained in that JPG.

Supposing we set up such a wind turbine on the roof of an electric car, with the turbine generating LX which is fed back to the car's batteries.
I would like to see a set of graphs of the parameters involved for the various velocities involved, and the various angles between the wind direction and a datum, along with the car's direction and the same datum.
