Ok, so I discovered the solution to have the sum of forces not at 0 start of 2019 (around). I sent my geometries to the SVR because Russia was the only country to replied to me. Start of 2020, Russians deleted some images on my servers. I didn`t know what geometry was the good because I have several thousands of geometries on postimage. I refound the geometry end of August 2020 and Russians started to poison me and my girlfriend. I tried to open the conversation with Russians but they didn`t want to communicate, they continued to poison me. The 10 of October and some days after, I sent to all countries I can the geometry, from embassies and others. USA and some others countries started to spy us veryy quickly after October 20202 but didn't communicate nor protect us against the Russians. The USA and others spied us for months, I think they start to spy us from end of November 2020. A scientist sent the proof that my geometry works at all the labs around 5 weeks ago, so all countries know. The Russians didn't wrote the patents because they though nobody can believe me and will verify my work, their idea was to kill me and theft the idea and wait enough time to develop in secret the tecnology and prepare their country, and sure have all the money and have all the victory. USA and others tried to wait until November 2021 because like that it is evidence that Russians didn't wrote any patents. But the scientist that sent the proof broke their plan and USA found a deal with Russians at Geneva recently. USA and some others countries have the patents BUT they act like horrible people, we had poison from Vladimir Poutine and his familly and from others Russians while USA spied to have proofs against Russians, for me it is a crime against humanity. USA didn't care if we are alive or not' they just care about money. Maybe some small countries had forced to follow the USA and in that case the didn't want to act like that with me (let us without any protection) so these countries IF they have proof that USA threat them could have money from the patents, but USA no ! I asked help to the gendarmerie of Thones in France start of June 2021 but they refused to help me, France knew from mid May 2021 only that my geometry works even I wrote to Emmanuel Macron and his wife in end of 2020 and start of 2021, I wrote to a deputy too. So France didn't wrote any patent and don't have any money from that invention like Russia. USA is a very horrible country maybe more than Russia, even it is compare a killer and a rapist. I'm at Bern now and I gave the documents to all the embassies I can find. Sure, countries can have money if they tell the truth about that story and have proof that USA forced them to act like criminal people! Like I sent to all countries start of October 2020, all countries can say they develop the technology in secret and wrote patents in their country so I think nobody will pay anything I think and like I see how countries acted with us I think it is fair.

I'm happy because all countries on the same level on the military and Space ! And it will be easy to find metals in Space easily.

Voilà, je demande 7 % à l'humanité pour ceux qui voudront payer mais surtout ne donnez pas d'argent ni à la France, ni à la Russie, ni aux USA. Les pays qui voudront bien me donner mon dû pourront utiliser les inventions fournies de mon nouveau projet: un cerveau électronique, bien entendu cela exclus la Russie, exclus la France et exclus les USA.
