I have not seen anything on this for years but want to speculate on what Kunel said "It works but not as drawn - see if you can figure out how to redraw it".

1. Each fan in an auto had 2 PMs that obviously add some power ie maybe 30%-40% that does not have to come from the electrical source.

2. Kunel shows 1 trigger coil and a magnet at one end and several coils.

3. no Lenz because there is no motion.

4. normal resistance but efficient as a transformer.

5. cascade 2 or more to a stronger setup so that OU 1.25 would be +31.25 x 2 = 62.5 78 x 2 = 156 .....

6. AC so there is not back emf or would DC not down to 0 be better?

Could that coil be in the middle at the bloch wall with 2 magnets on each end similar to Figuera?

And could there be a complete loop ie. 2 longs and a metal wrap around at the end to carry the flux.

and could the mag be a little stronger than the coil so the sign waver never goes to zero like Figuera?

Kunel said he ran his entire house on it.... But unlike the Bessler wheel there were not witnesses that I heard of.
