Back to the topic of the question.
It was speculated, that it is Steven Mark
or the guy with the 2 different metal rod,
who is showing this.

I would like to see, behind the hidden panel.
Maybe he just has there hidden flat batteries ?
Could just be a few flat Li-Ion Batteries from mobile
phones and the inverter just chops it up to 120 Volts AC...
Who knows..

This video does not show much otherwise to prove, that it is
a real free enery device.

If there are indeed no batteries hidden somewhere,
this would be a nice device and I would like to know
more about it.

The most "metering" over Voltage current watts are WRONG
displaied because unfortunatly also DC-Metering is incorrect
if "non-ohm" devices will be tested.
Most ob Bedini?s  Coil transformers Magnet and others with
Motors or generator in it are "NonSENS" read in Values .
So it shown "sometimes" FE and OU . But ....
