Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

From his constant effort, I estimate he's inputting 10-15W of kinetic energy. Can we say that we get more light out than a modern 15W LED bulb?
12 times more was the original claim, so I'd expect to see a wall of LED light. 100-200W of LED light is quite intense in a small room.

The claims presented by Milkovic have no merit
This mechanism is governed by the same physics that operate the
Pump jack

On a side note i have noticed his hand has developed more of a downward stroke over the years

I was fixing a shower-rod, slipped and hit my head on the sink. When i came to, that's when i had the idea for the "Flux Capacitor", Which makes Perpetual Motion possible.

The kinetic energy on the output side might be noteworthy.

Sure, investigate what ever one finds an interest in.

Interesting experiment...

Pass the line from which a pendulum swings, through a pulley.

Give slack to the pendulum line at varied points during the pendulum's
swings.

Take slack from the pendulum line at varied points during the pendulum's
swings.

Observe the effects upon the duration of the pendulums swinging.

The people who promote this idea tend to be unable to calculate kinetic energy in a system more complex than a flywheel, or even that.
There is mass in motion, but it's moving very slowly. It takes multiple swings on the input to get the heavier output to do its thing at smaller amplitude. A flywheel will be easier to extract energy from.
It's all about perceived energy and force. It's a lever with dangling qualities. Hard to grasp, but not more potent.
