i have attached an image of one of the simplest, and smallest Testatika devices that was observed in operation by a 3rd party.
(it is unclear if or if not the device had been modified prior to this photo being taken, i will explain below)


on the image are numbers, defined as:


1: Negative Internal Capacitor (charge source)
2) Positive Internal Capacitor (charge source)
3: Neutral Bar
4: Positive Pick Up Terminal
5: Positive External Capacitor
6: Negative Pick up Terminal
7: Negative External Capacitor
8: Negative Depository Brush (Primary)
9: Neutralizing Brush
10: Parallel Negative Depository Brush (secondary)
11: Parallel Positive Depository Brush (secondary)
12: Neutral Bar
13: Positive Depository Brush (Primary)


First i will state, that after 2.5 hours of trying to get the device to turn on, nothing but failure.


After analyzation and some thought....
i made the following changes, and the machine light right up (yes i have a working device, as for what it does / can do, no clue yet....)


changes:
Terminals 10 & 11 were disconnected
terminals 8 & 6 were swapped.


i will attempt to reintegrate the secondary depository brushes, as soon as i decipher their proper placement.


think Paul tried to screw us on this.
perhaps to mask the technology..... who knows. but the above fixes work, and the machine runs.

Still not sure where those other 2 wires go


System operates with or without the 2 upper neutral connections,
However, the 3rd neutral IS a critical component,
Due to the unorthodox brush placement
System losses skyrocket without this
It can be replaced by any capacitance (piece of metal, leyden jar)


I could probably fine tune it to increase the output.
But as it stands the voltage is comparatively low compared to other machines
(10-15KV)
The current may be higher (as indicated by brighter/louder sparks)
But i need to run some tests to verify that


Next step is probably the perforated layered condensers
