Earth days getting longer / Wind farms

I can't find any connection between  "Earth days getting longer"  and "Wind farms".

However, if there was a connection, maybe they could power the wind-turbines to speed up the earth's rotation, or make air-propulsion things to speed up the earths rotation.

IF WIND-TURBINES CONTAIN OVERUNITY JUST THROUGH THE MOMENTUM OF THE TURBINE
    If wind-turbines 'may' contain a percentage of overunity just through the momentum effect of the huge turbines, then maybe that could be a reason to have them suppressed and removed
