Which can be sympathetically tuned to specific atomic frequencies?

From what I understand it is:

1 ) Annihilation of Matter
2 ) Transmutation of Matter
3 ) Heating

and what is the fourth point?
From the video I understood that there are 4 operating modes.

Sounds to good to be true.
