Interesting case from Ukraine about next 'dimension' (astral plane) of Earth coexisting with this one.

Location. Ai-Petri plateau near Yalta, Crimea, Ukraine
Date: Spring 1989 Time: night

Approximately two and a half years after their initial contact, the tall "Nordic" aliens increased their trust in Viktor as their "agent" on earth, almost like a trusted member of their civilization, both mentally and physically. He was then initiated into one of their most guarded of secrets---he received permission to regularly visit the alien underground portal located under the Ai-Petri plateau, which led into the alien realm (dimension). Viktor stated that the aliens gave him telepathic instructions by means of an implant that they had inserted during their initial contact two years before and was led to the hidden entryway to a shaft on the plateau, which was very difficult to locate among the numerous natural Karst craters scattered all over the area. To his amazement, the earth seemed to move aside, revealing an opening into the ground. He entered the underground chamber and led by his alien instructions went into a shaft and then probably by speed elevator that descended to a great depth approximately 1300 meters under the plateau. He then found himself amid a huge underground cave. Then he was told to stop, and then was told that he was standing near the gateway---the tele-portal chamber to the other dimension. Several tall, generally human looking humanoids about 2 meters in height and dressed in silvermetallic tight-fitting clothing stepped from the portal and had a conversation with the witness. They told Viktor that the other dimension was physically the same as the one on Earth. But there was a substantial time gap between the two dimensions; an hour in that dimension is approximately equal to 5 Earth years. So he was told that if he entered the dimension, he would be lost on Earth for a long time. They also informed him that life in their dimension is mostly underground, in huge cavernous cities connected by extensive network of tunnels with other caves at different levels. Speedy supersonic trains travel in some of the tunnels along with other types of vehicles. The whole Ai-Petri plateau in the other dimension is literally honeycombed with caverns, underground cities and tunnels. The total population is about 23 million people living on the Crimean territory in that dimension. The underground cities and tunnels stretch all over their planet (or dimension which is literally a twin-double of Earth), since life on the surface is not desirable due to the heightened radiation, but atmospheric compound and pressure are almost the same as those on Earth. One of their bases in their dimension is a housing hangar for theirs and other alien spacecraft that arrive there from other dimensions for repairs and auxiliary installations with different equipment. The sky in that dimension is violet in color; the Sun is brighter and has a greenish tint. Like Earth they also have a moon there, but its color is greenish. The aliens explained to Viktor that this was an "intermediate" base used to repair their craft from time to time. The gateway under Ai-Petri plateau consists of interdimensional teleporting conduits for both the humanoids and their spacecraft, which use the portals separately. The aliens operations were very secretive and they are able to camouflage their craft from radar facilities installed at Bedene-Kyr Mountain on the same plateau. Viktor visited this underground chamber or gateway to the other dimension regularly, obtaining instructions from his alien "coordinators". Viktor told his story only to a couple of his most trusted friends. His friends described him as a very secretive individual that periodically "appeared and disappeared".

At 5 pm on December 4, 1949, Mário Retier, who lived in the city of Barra Mansa, was returning from his father's farm in Volta Redonda, when he noticed, still close to the site, a discoidal object silently flying over a group of trees, then landing 10 or 15 meters from the road. Surprised, he was even more scared when he heard the voice saying to him: "Don't be afraid... Do you want to know what this is about? We know you believe in us."
As he approached, a hatch opened in the aircraft and two crew members, of about the same height as his, a little over six feet, appeared, and waved to him in a friendly manner, as if inviting him to enter. They wore a kind of Roman kilt and had their heads covered by a bonnet or helmet.
More encouraged, the young man entered the record being led down a corridor to a room with panels full of screens, pictures and buttons. By pressing some of these buttons, the luminous and phosphorescent charts would appear, explaining the ship's locomotion in space. They invited him on a trip. Retier replied that he would accept if they promised to bring him back safe and sound. Thus agreed, they laid him down, dressed as he was, inside a kind of urn or bathtub, filled with a liquid that, as explained to him, served to eliminate the inconveniences of great accelerations and also to feed the body. Only the eyes and nose were out of the liquid.
Hearing the crew say they were taking off, he felt himself falling asleep quickly. When he woke up, they told him they were already arriving. He was taken from the urn and taken to an adjoining compartment, where his soaked clothing and wet body dried immediately, as if by magic. They gave him the same clothes they were wearing, very comfortable, and shoes that were also identical. Looking at him through one of the portholes, he realized that they were arriving at a kind of spaceport, from which ships identical to the one that had brought him came up and descended. When he turned to his fellow travelers, he was startled to see them sitting on a sofa, with their head and trunk tilted forward, without any movement, completely obliterated, as if they were two dolls.
At that moment the door opened and some people, kind and smiling, greeted him, expressing themselves in Portuguese with phrases like this: "- We are happy with your coming... It's the third. .. We are at your disposal! " They were all tall, some reaching 2 meters in height and radiant health, good humor, happiness.
They took him to visit some factories and various establishments. He walked the streets, but during the tour he saw people also walking in the air, at a height of about 10 meters. Vehicles glided on suspended roads.
He entered a building where there was a room reserved for our planet Earth. It was a kind of museum. They pressed a few buttons, projecting on a screen images referring to terrestrials, our nature, our feelings of ambition and violence, our degree of evolution. He was told that, billions of years ago, the Earth's orbit passed close to its planet. With the approach of a huge celestial body, the Earth was removed to another system. They also reported that their world was close to the constellation of Orion (the name we know it by) and that Russian astronomers had already located it.
The whole city was covered by gigantic transparent domes, through which a blue sky could be seen. He didn't see Sun, but there was diffused lighting that looked natural. The food did not leave residues. The average lifespan of people there was 300 terrestrial years.
After a time that seemed to be 6 to 8 hours, he wanted to return to Earth and, as if they guessed his thoughts, his 6 cicerones told him!
"We know you are looking forward to returning to your planet. "
They took him to a ship identical to the one that had transported him, and the process was the same: he plunged into the bathtub, slept, woke up, dried his space suit. Then they dressed him in his primitive attire, landed and dropped him off close to where they had picked him up.
Arriving at his father's farm, the latter reproached him for disappearing for so long without giving news, worrying his family. It was then that Mário Restier realized that it was April 14, 1950. He was away from Earth for 4 months, but, by his calculations, it was three days at most!

"Alberto Fenoglio of Turin discovered the following fascinating report during UFO research, and published it in: Clypeus, Anno III, No.3. The report is from Liabeuf, a Police Inspector, who in June 1790 was dispatched from Paris to investigate a mystery close to Alencon:

Brazil 1969: The Abduction Case of Jose Antonio Da Silva

On May 3rd 1969 Jose Antonio Da Silva a soldier by profession, set off to go fishing. After taking a bus he reached his destination; a lake in an area known as Bebedouro in the district of Matozinhos. As it was already midnight he set-up his tent, fished for a short while and went to sleep. Next day he woke up early and started fishing.

At about 3pm he notices behind him some movement of figures between the bushes and trees and hears some voices. Then he hears a groan and his legs is struck by some kind of beam originating from someone standing behind some bushes. His legs go numb and his forced to kneel down and drop his fishing rod. Next moment he is grabbed from the armpits by two humanoids wearing some kind of mask/helmet and he is dragged away from the scene. Jose Antonio did not try to resist fearing he would be struck again by the beam of light.

After few meters of being dragged he noticed that they were approaching a similar humanoids. This one did not react as they passed by as if he was monitoring the area. All of them carries some kind of weapon but Jose Antonio believed that this standing humanoid was the one that had fired the beam at him.

The robust humanoids stood at about 1.2 meters, had human proportions, thick legs and wore an overall. The face could not be seen as it was covered by a a dull-grey helmet that included a mask. The helmet was round at the back but flat on the front (mask part) with only a small protrusion in the nose area. Two round holes of approximately 2 centimeters in diameter catered for the eyes. The helmet widened at the lower part but was not connected to the body. From the lower part of the helmet came a plastic looking tube that passed over the chest and under one armpit to end up connected to small container at the back of the humanoid.

After passing the standing humanoid he was taken to their craft. The craft was not disc shaped. It was a grey cylinder with two black "lids" at the top and bottom which were greater in diameter than the cylinder. The object had a height of about two meters. The top lid had a diameter of 3 meters whereas the bottom one was somewhat smaller.

They entered into the object through a door. He found himself in a two by two compartment. The floor was dark grey and although the room appeared well lit the source of light was undetectable. In the center of the room there was a single seat. By the door was a bench on which he and the two humanoids sat. Once sat they placed on his head a helmet similar to the one they were wearing. He remembers that the helmet had a tube but was not able to detect if that was connected to some breathing system. Next they fastened his waist and legs. The two beings fastened themselves getting ready for take-off. At that moment the third humanoid entered, sat on the central seat and fastened himself.

The pilot manipulated a lever on the floor and one on the ceiling to make the object take-off. Jose had the impression that they were travelling vertically. Just after take-off the beings started chatting cheerfully in a language that Jose did not understand a word. The language had a prominent "r" sound at the end of most of the words and sounded aggressive.

The journey seemed interminable and Jose felt tired. Breathing was difficult, seating was hard and the helmet's sharp edges were hurting his shoulders and neck. For a period of time the lights in the room became very bright and he could keep his eyes open. After about an hour the lights diminished and he could open them again.

Next, the object turned to a horizontal position. The seating in the room adjusted itself to the new position. Then after a long time the room turned to its original orientation and seats swung back. Finally, he felt that the journey was over; the object had landed somewhere.

The two beings on his side unfastened him and placed something over the eye openings of the helmet so that he could not see. They picked him from his armpits and dragged him out of the craft. After a while he could hear many voices (all male) speaking the same language as before. They then placed him on a backless seat and removed the cover over his eyes while still keeping the helmet on him. He found himself in a large room (10×15 meters). At a distance of about 5 meters stood slightly taller and stronger being looking at him with satisfaction. This being (presumably the chief) in the room and his captors were not wearing helmets.

All of them looked more or less the same. They had pale white skin; long and wavy red hair that reached their waists and a long beard that reached the stomach. Their eyebrows were thick( about two fingers thick) and run across most of their forehead. They had no eyelashes and their eyes were green and round and slightly larger than those of humans. The sclera (white part of the eye) was darker than their skin. Their noses were pointy and ears bigger, resembled those of humans but were more rounded on the upper part. Their mouths were wide and looked human. However they did not have teeth. Jose described them as mouths of fish.

The chief was talking making various gestures and seemed very happy. Then about 10 to 12 other individuals of similar appearance arrived from the area behind him and gathered around the chief. Jose could not see the ceiling due to his forward inclined positioned but he could see the wall on his left side. On that wall there was a large low shelf of stone on which a number of naked human corpses were lying on their back without helmets and no visible injuries. He momentarily got scared that he would have a similar fate but e felt that the deaths had not been caused by the aliens.

While in the room, Jose was able to capture many interesting details. The room was of grey color, he did not see any windows or doors (there was probably a door behind his back that he could not see). On the wall besides the stone shelf with the corpses, he saw pictures (most probably photos) of many familiar things such as animals (jaguar, monkey, elephant, giraffes), houses, towns, cars, a small two-engine aircraft. On the opposite wall there was nothing.

On his right was what seemed like a racing car. Instead of wheels it had what seemed to have engines. In front of him, at a distance of 5 meters was a cubical seat that the chief would sit on from time to time. Next to the seat and almost at floor level, was a slab with a white surface that was used for drawing sketches as Jose would later find out.

Then he noticed that one of the beings was examining his belongings. It was clear that during his abduction they had taken his cloth bundle with all his belongings. The beings were very excited to examine his belongings. They passed over his belonging so that everyone could have a close look (fishing hooks, knives, matches, banknotes, clothing, tins of sardines and other food). After they had inspected everything, they set aside all those items that were duplicates to keep for themselves. This included a fishing hook and a knife, some clothes a box of matches and bank note of small value. They made an exception with his identity card which they found in his pocket. After passing it round for examination they kept it for themselves.

The chief attempted to communicate with Jose through gestures and sketches on the slab. Jose has not revealed much information about what he understood from this attempts for communication. The humanoids also made an attempt to offer some food. One of them approached him holding a stone cube the size of a cup which contained a dark green liquid in its pyramidal cavity. The chief indicated him to drink the liquid and one of the beings raised Jose´s helmet violently. He initially refused but when he saw one of them drinking it he drank it since he was very weak and hungry. The bitter liquid made him feel better and more alert. He even felt that after drinking this liquid he could communication better with the chief.

Although communication was difficult, Jose was convinced that he was able to perceive that the chief made him a proposal. After the leader dedicating much time in drawing on the slate and gesturing Jose was able to understand that they were proposing for him to spend three years on Earth collecting information for them, then to spend seven years with them studying and finally descending to Earth with them as a guide. Jose reject the proposal and started praying aloud while pointing to the rosary around his waist touching the crucifix that he wore around his neck. The chief got irritated and snatched the cross off his neck. One of the beads rolled on the floor and one of them picked it up for observation along with the crucifix by the group.

Then Jose claims that he saw an apparition of a human standing in front of me that was not perceived by the aliens. This person was dressed like a monk and gave Jose peace and hope. Jose was also given some information by this human that he has not shared with researchers of his case.

Jose realized it was time to leave. The chief left and his captors who had remained at his side all this time covered his eyes in the same way as before. When the blindfold was removed he found himself back inside the craft. After a long journey he felt that the craft had landed. They removed his helmet and while in a semi-unconscious state they dragged him out in the darkness and left him. Some time later he was woken up by the first light of dawn and the sound of running water. He approached the stream and drank water using his water bottle that was still in the bundle the aliens had left beside him. Jose realised that the surroundings were unfamiliar and noticed that he had grown a beard of a few day.

Eventually reached a paved road. On the road he met a man and asked him of where he was and what day it was. Jose was approximately 30 km away from his original location and the day was May 9th, 4 and a half days after he was abducted. He decided to walk back despite being exhausted having a hurt knee and several wound on his shoulders and nape caused by the helmet. After getting a ride and taking a train he was back at his home town.

At the train station he was approached by the security guard. The guard saw his poor state and the bundle and suspected that he was a copper thief (something common at that time; copper wire was often stolen from the railways). As he had no ID with him the security guard took him to his office for inspection. Jose could not lie and shared his story with the guard. The guard was convinced and called a local journalist from the local radio station to interview him.

Case of Cynthia Appleton who was visited by people from Venus at her home. Few keypoints from the case, they told her the "bearers of the Hammer and Sickle" (obviously the Russians) were on the point of perfecting a ray gun, they said they were mining our sea for something that sounded like "Titium", probably Titanium. They said they come from Ghanus Valn, country on Venus - which they call Gharnasvarn.

Prior to the above date on the afternoon of November 16, Cynthia Appleton blacked out for no obvious reason. Rationalizing it at first to motherhood stress and exhaustion she disregarded it. Later she was told it had been a "failed attempt at contact". On the above date after lunch she had put her daughter Susan to bed upstairs. Baby Janet was in the prawn in the front room downstairs. Thinking she heard a cry she went into this room to see that all was well with Janet. It was, but she was suddenly conscious of a very real feeling of oppressiveness in the air. She described it to being similar to that experienced before thunder. She looked out the window to see what was the matter. She was standing near the door and facing the window within touching distance of the prawn. Outside a "rosy-colored darkness" manifested, but this did not seem to penetrate into the room where Mrs. Appleton was. Suddenly there appeared the figure of a man standing on her left by the fireplace. She said he appeared 'just like a TV picture on the screen, a blurred image and then suddenly everything is clear". She was of course very frightened. At the same time she was conscious that he was calming her by some influence, which he exerted upon her mind. She then felt quite calm and collected. Mrs. Appleton noticed too, at the moment of his appearance, a 'whistle' exactly like the old wireless sets used to make when tuning in to a station. The man was tall and fair. He was wearing a tight fitting garment in color like a silvery plastic mackintosh. The sleeves reached to his wrist. The collar part of his garment rose up behind his head like an Elizabethan collar. As the man appeared the outside light conditions returned to normal. Further description of the entity indicates that he had "elongated and angular features" a fair complexion and extremely blond hair, and wearing a metallic gray one piece suit with a "bowl" over the head, which was not present on subsequent visits. The man's lips were moving as if in speech but she heard no audible words. He seemed to be able to read her mind and although she used no speech her questions were read and answered mentally. The man's first words delivered in a flat monotone were, "Do not be afraid." Mrs. Appleton seemed to think the stranger had somehow assumed control of her like under a form of hypnosis. On the floor there was some newspaper and the man was standing on this. After he left she noticed that it appeared to be scorched. (Subsequently this newspaper was removed by a reporter from the Birmingham Evening Gazette). In reply to her unspoken query, "Where do you come from?" he answered, "From another world". He did not state which one. "Like yours," he continued, "it is governed by the sun. We have to visit your world to obtain something of which we are running short. It is at the bottom of the sea." Mrs. Appleton said later that she was conscious of a word at the back of her mind, something like "titium". When her husband returned that night she asked him what "titium" was. He knew at once what she meant and said, "You mean titanium". He, being a metal worker, was familiar with the word. The space visitor had gone on to say, "you are stripping bark from the wrong tree to line the wrong boat". She remembered the exact words. "You are concentrating on the wrong power. You are trying to go up (i.e. against the force of gravity). We go like this", and he made a sweeping lateral movement with both his hands and there appeared between his outstretched fingers what she could only describe as a television screen. On the screens he could clearly see a spaceship. It was circular with the top half like a transparent dome. Within this ship she could see several figures looking at her. Her visitor told her that we on Earth called this large ship the Mother Ship, whereas they called it the "Master Craft". There were two of the ships on the screen and several smaller craft were attached to the underside of the Master Craft. Her sketch depicted a dome on top of a rotating ring or rim and three hemispherical bumps on the underside. He said they never fought but lived in peace and harmony. He also told her they would return again in January, but he gave neither the place nor the exact date of his return. When asked in what manner the visitor left, she could only say "that suddenly he wasn't there any more". She was frightened and returning to the back sitting room wept for half an hour. After this contact she had a remarkably increased sense of awareness of other people never before experienced. Baby Janet, whose birthday was on the day before, had then one tooth. By the end of the week she had six.

Apparently the last visit received by Cynthia Appleton. On this occasion she touched the man's silver suit and found it horribly slimy. Her daughter saw the man also. The other visitor wore a black suit and an old fashioned hat. He left in a big black car. Also on that occasion the alien had burned his finger and Cynthia was asked to bathe it in hot water. He then injected himself from a tube and then put a spray of jelly on the wound and it healed miraculously.

As for Russian death ray they told her about, it was very possibly Nazi tech, for Russians just like Americans captured many many Nazi scientists and engineers, possibly as many as 200,000. The book UFOs Nazi Secret Weapon goes in depth about this and many other very interesting secret Nazi technologies.

Manfred von Ardenne helped the Russians make the atomic bomb - was awarded a Stalin Prize for that. Ardenne infrared fuses were installed on the American bomb by the Dr. Heinz Schlicke. Both American and Russian atomic bombs were really Nazi bombs.

It is very possible that Russian death ray was a copy of ATOMZERTRUEMMERUNG – NAZI DEATH RAY - clearly described in OSS Report No. FF-83. 21 October 1944. Atom Smashing Secret Weapon. [NARA RG 77, Entry UD-22A, Box 171, Folder 32.7003-2 GERMANY: US Wartime Positive Int. (July–Oct. 44)], OSS meaning Office of Strategic Services, which was a former US intelligence agency.

A worker from Saint-Rémy (Vosges), Mr. Ujvari, 40 years old, has just told the gendarmes of Raon-l'Etape that, last Wednesday, around 3 am, he was stopped on the road by a stranger of large build and average height, wearing a gray jacket, decorated on the shoulders with shiny badges .

The man spoke an unknown language. Mr. Ujvari, of Czech nationality, tried to speak Russian. His interlocutor understood it perfectly. "Where am I, he asked, in Italy, in Spain?" He then inquired about the distance separating him from the German border, and the time. The worker having told him that it was around 3:30 am, the man took out of his jacket a watch that marked 4 am

Then the stranger gave the worker the order to move forward. Soon Ujvari saw in the middle of the road a craft in the shape of two plates reversed one against the other, from which emerged a kind of periscope.

Arrived at about thirty meters from the apparatus, which was about 1.50 high and 2.50 m wide, the stranger tells him to move away. But, looking back from time to time, Mr. Ujvari varies could see the machine rise slowly vertically with a noise of sewing machines. Arrived at an altitude of 500 meters, it took the horizontal and disappeared in the direction of the south.

Mr. Ujvari said the unknown was wearing a helmet similar to that of a motorcyclist. He had a gun in his hand.

His last word to Mr. Ujvari was "farewell" in Russian.
