I'm with you on this point Spherenot, if a patent is applied for, then it is likely this device may never see the light of day.

If the MEG device I am building at the moment, turns out to work at overunity, I will give away full plans for free too.

I believe Dr. Tom Bearden mentioned that US Patents have a provision which, I believe, was called a "March-in Right", or something close to that.  The "bottom line" is that that provision apparently allows the US-government to take/use/suppress any patent/development/concept based on "National Security."  (Has anyone found the definition in US Law for "National Security"?)  So, given the above is correct, I'd suggest being careful about any US Patent, as a minimum.
