Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

...the one(involuntary) and the other(intended),played the same  long arm-short arm game, but in some different manners.

Bessler remains a secret "wheel concept'' procedure, after a so long time.

Milkovic is an open "lever concept" drawing and replication,in the same time.

If you take an attentive look, about his lever with pendulum arrangement, the "hammer" has a constant arm,but the other arm, with pendulum, has an equivalent("as","like a...") of a variable arm:in an alternate succession,a longer, and then a shorter arm vs. that of the opposite "partner".

Milkovic intended to "help" the motion of a hand water pump and...comes by an interesting long arm-short arm swinging motion.

Sure, the last and useful, applicable step can be a (self) rotating long arm-short arm motion.

Now,are we between those two last steps in a so long-time reasoning and practical adventure?

Maybe,we can say;  "faites vos jeux, les jeux sont faites.Rien ne va plus...<la banque> gagne toujours au final",or "if you want to make a good wine,be the last to harvest" !?

Anyway, this is a huge game,so there is a place for anybody!
