Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

My thoughts prior to Steorn NDA

I am about to sign a NDA with Steorn.  Before doing so I thought it would be prudent to have a record of my understanding of the Steorn effect prior to signing (somewhere other than the Steorn forum itself).  In the off chance I am correct, I wouldn't want to be restricted in discussing the theory because of confusion of whether I had prior knowledge of it, before signing the NDA.

In addition, over on the Steorn forum, nobody has been able to come up with any good reasons it shouldn't/wouldn't work, so perhaps a few new eyeballs here could poke it with a stick.

I'm not sure how to post the entire explanation in-line, so I will just post a link to a webpage containing the theory.

Any thoughts???

It is an interesting concept.

But, wouldn?t the lag also delay in the inverse as the rotor moved away?

So if I got this straight, as the rotor approached the FM stator the ?bias? say is north
As the south is lagging (accelerating the rotor) . (south pole rotor magnet  outward/upward)
At ?top dead center? its even.
But since the south pole is
Slower would there not be a South  pole ?bias? (*correction* Accelerating rotor again
) as the rotor magnet moved away?

added, Hmm, you got me early in the morning on this one (5am). Lol,
It would seem to be workable maybe?

Respectfully,

Cliff P.

On the way back out, the faster side's domains would relax as the rotor's magnet field leaves.  The slower (repulsive) side's domains would also eventually relax, but because of a larger lag, this would take longer.  The repulsive side would, for a short period, be stronger than the (already degrading) attractive side, resulting in a 'push' back out.

I?ll give it some thought today. Where you thinking of something like iron and nickel?
alloys?

The big roadblock that is stopping me from actually trying anything, is there doesn't seem to be any reference material anywhere that give the magnetic viscosity (lag) for common materials.  Without the right materials and information about their lag properties, experimentation can't really even start.

If anyone knows source for this type if info, I would be very grateful.
