The implosion is when you have 66.6%Hydrogen and 33.3% Oxygen  and only in that mix will it implode. Which is what most electrolisis cells will produce  or release. As soon as you introduce air to this you have explosion because of the increased oxygen .The Nitrogen will slow the burn just alittle as well.

What the Joe cells is calling level 3 may just be the phnomanon of negative electrons in some strange state . I have heard everything from  self firing and self running to floating a vehicle  antigravity.

But I don't know much more than this when it comes to such a thing.

my 3.3 liter liter will get about 20 miles to a gallon of gas, so maybe reverse engineer it using a 13.9:1 mixture and caculate backwards how many cfm is needed?   Use {calculated number}/2.5 to get the amount of hho?  then use a fudge number for the horsepower to make the electricity to create the hho?  i bet that wont work either without knowing the horsepower or torque or some constant to go with.....

Correct  your 4 banger might be 80 hp and mine  with the same displacement  might be  160hp  so you must know these numbers to even enter this arena. Mine might even be more fuel efficient .
You really dont know what you fuel air mix is so...   man there are many variables in this .

A fellow in Australia that seems to be in the know about this has shown some video of creating a Joe Cell.  They seem to be as cantankerous as hell sometimes from some of the material I have read.  The plates are cylinders which make the materials harder to get.  It is usually recommended to have 2 neutral plates in its design and they go the low voltage route ( 12 volts ) with around 4 plates total.

So far I know of 3 people in the world that have  figured a working Joe cell based on pure phenomenology . Peter Stevens ,Alex Schiffer and Joe  3 out of hundreds that have  build these things step by step. It is a long and endless battle it seems.
