Would I give a child a loaded gun?  Not even going to answer that one as it is not related what I asked.

There is no hurry, though I have worked on this since 2002, like to see one that works better than mine or improve mine.  And I have read many post, and I have not seen more gas yet.   I guess I will have to wait.

While waiting for the next step with the build of this cell, there are many things that you can try with the current configuration.  

Keely dissociated water with 42,800 hz - bam! 29,000 psi !

Meyers was trying to develop an injector that dissociated water.

What happens when you apply various frequencies or fields to the present cell design?  You could place a rotating magnetic field around it in different orientations, or even two opposing fields, or two counter-rotating fields - run them up through a broad range of frequencies - from "as low" to "as high" as you can go.

Might try a spark plug at 42,800 hz in a bottle with a single drop of water - warmed in sun to turn water to vapour.

"capacitative" type cells - what about "inductive" or "tempic field" types?

HKyle... can you provide me with a stick figure diagram? (I smell what you're stepping in sir..)a normal FWBR has both neutral / Hot going to it, were you suggesting it just on the hot leg like I was trying to relay across....
This was a bad week to quit smoking those little white rocks...

Yeah, there's maybe one person on this forum that ever understands what I'm saying.

"Tempic field" (aka torsion field, or time field) is the field that most do not know exist and is perpendicular to the magnetic and electric fields.  It is one dimensional - scalar - like temperature.  Non-elastic.  Non-cancelling.  the term "tempic" comes from Wilbert B. Smith's book "The New Science".

'Time" is not a constant rate of entropy, we have just been tought that it is.  Change the rate of time within a cell and you'll get all of the HHO you need.  Of course, dissociating water will get you there instantly.
