yeh i took it up to 400 volts and it did make more hho but got really hot really fast and ended up in runaway current and i blew a fuse


i do not get very good preformance out of it tho so i think i built it wrong

Yup you did , The NS-T cell is based on build and avalanche  , Like a capacitor .
It must be pulsed, it must be choked  , it must use a diode circuit  and it must be built right. Pulse is one thing resonance of the vassal is another.
