Been there done that. A great build he has done. Would really like to see the guy  continue with his work on HHO  he was very talented. I have seen  nothing for a long time with what he was doing.

If someone wants to offer for sale 10 packs of stainless steel plates ready to insert in Walmart Cereal boxes, I'm a buyer. These would be nearly ready to produce hydroxy. What to do with the gas. Check out this patent....burn it in a ceramic vessel and create a plasma and all the extra thermal energy. Might be easier to run than the tungsten.----see patent #6443725 - and images.

The last email he sent me :

" I'm working on an 3 phase version based on our USB platform
should be out in august some time It will be a true brute boasting
180 amp of current capacity per phase.
It should allow experiments along the lines of the Departed Mr. Stan Meyers.

My mechanical engineer will be in next week I'll see if he thinks we can cut
SS' on the CNC.
Maybe we can market some plates and stand offs "

so according to your rendering, for minimum current leakage you really want all sides of your cell enclosed at the plates.  so basically grooved acrylic all the way around with holes in the top and the bottom for the cycling of water. just want to clarify.
