This is just a rendering to get the idea of full enclosure  .
This is only one module we are working on  you will have many in a finished system that can then be enclosed . You can  do this one or not  just to see the out come as the production is much higher with and fully enclosed cell.

Thanks for the info on the vic.  keep up the good info on the S-cell!!

@ironhead
I built a cell a while ago that was similar to this design. The problem that I had was with the water inlet ports at the bottom. When I started making about 3 liters / min the hydroxy would start coming out of the water inlet ports at the bottom of the cell...Thats when I went to a port injection into each cell from the top of each cell. I will post a pic of the water feed system.

Hydroxy comes out the top port and water goes straight in.
It?s easier to be forgiven than it is to get permission....

Ok , Your saying the  HHO was back feeding to the  pump to your cell .Not sure how that can happen if there is a constant flow of water pushing into and out of the cell .I have not had this problem. Maybe I should complete the model  with the rest of the chambering, pump, valves and connections so you can see the full  circuit .
This was just a quicky  to show the construction.

Also did you have this setup in a car or under any kind of vacuum?
I am not really sure what I am looking at in you pic
Though I am very interested in how you did your cell

You might check the pictures at oupower.com under hydrogen. The man built a series of cells using walmart cereal containers, each has 10 stainless 316 3 x 6 in each. Looks clean and simple. Uses a 2 liter coke bottle for a bubbler. Plenty of pictures and explanations.
