Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I.H. Re: 220, could a simple diode/capacitor voltage doubler work fed by 110? Output would be half wave rectified.

Well, Aphasiac . . .  I mean this in all kindness, but "get used to it".

Turtle

Hehe. Thanks, Turtle. I've got a tough outer shell too; I'll suck it up and stay the course. Afterall, most of the things I've learned, I learned by mistake.  And see... breaking things is the best excuse I know for buying bigger and better replacements.

... off to the hardware store I go!

Try it . Post it
Okay, I'm in. Got a guy who owns a shop that produces outdoor vending carts (ie hotdog carts). He's hooking me up with a few square feet of 304 stainless they regularly have for scrap. I'm stopping there tomorrow. I will also have him stamp them into precise 2"x2" and 2"x3" for the control device. I like gotoluc's idea to create multiple plate spacings for future experimentation. You did say fully isolated cells can produce up to 3x the gas. I found a pdf somewhere here that shows very detailed construction plans for a sealed series cell. I think it's very elegant. The unit I eventually test in my car will probably be based on this concept. I get that each system will need fine tuning. What intrigues me is finding the sweet spot for most efficient gas production.

I'm trying to catch up with the posts as fast as I can but to get up to speed I have a few questions. If it's already been covered, just point me to the pages rather than rehashing it here.

1) What pages cover details of the clear housing construction?
2) Is there any need to seal the edges of the plates in the grooves of the prototype ass'y? or can they just rest there?
3) I think my guy also uses SS409. If I'm right, anything 4xx does not contain Ni making it magnetic and that's bad for these experiments. Right?
4) Have you begun covering use of the PWM yet and it's effect on the type of Hydrogen it produces (Ortho vs Para)?
5) I collect water condensate from the air conditioning units in my home. Will this be suitable for these experiments?
6) My tap water is from a 250' deep artisan well. When we bought the house and had the water tested the tester we hired said we should bottle it and sell it. A cheap digital water tester shows 13 PPM total dissolved solids. I know most of it is copper. How well suited is this for the tap water experiments?
7) Magdrive uses 1 tsp/gal Baking Soda for electrolyte. You seem to prefer KOH. What are the benefits and drawbacks of each?

Sorry for all the questions.

Replication of the Hydrogen Oxygen extraction S-Cell

1: reposted 3d layout below . When using the glue  "GOOP let dry for a few days.
The Cell is designed so the plates can be removed .The two outside surfaces of the positive plates facing away from the Cell need to be  sealed with a layer of GOOP
this is not shown in the drawings . This is done to seal voltage leaks .

2: The slotted fit should be tight  if you can rattle the plate by hand its to lose if you
can not pull it out it is to tight.

3: Stainless types listed from good to best  304 < 316 < 316L < and Nitronic 50

4: Some people are using PWM some are not , this area is more of a preference.

5: Distilled < Tap water < Spring Water < Rainwater  Seems to be the order from good  to best for extraction of HHO.

6: Tap water you be the judge , all you can do is try it.

7: Baking soda gases into Carbon dioxide and Carbon Monoxide . If you use it in your
car you put out more Co  Co2.
KOH  does vaporize but does not gas and can be re-condensed back to KOH
KOH is caustic and needs to be in a closed loop system for cooled condensing.
KOH must be blocked from entering your engine .

A flush cooled stainless steel wool filled bubbler is the way to go for this  system and will be covered when someone asks how to build it.
