this has been designed a while ago but i will add to my list of inventions here drawing soon

this is a verry simple device it can be powered by air or water depends on the size of the turbine basicly you draw air in from 1 side large volume ansd send it out the other side through a small hole making thrust similar to a jet engine

the key to operation is the speed of the turbine

this will be frictionless in drive operation but there will be friction from the mass amount of air drawn through the turbine all air travels through the inner  of the turbine

here is a drawing of the turbine rotor for those of you who are fimilar with my turbine this is the same it is a 3 pcs sandwich turbine the only diffrence is that there 4 holes right through it near the center and the holes are angled to draw air in from 1 side and force it out the other using high speed

I've had ideas similar to that along the line, but i haven't worked on them in a while. I planned to put them in model planes.
