 i think that a provisional patent aplication gives you the right of selling you ideals to companys my lawyer says that they dont judge them by what they are or even if they work they just file it send you a card saying that it has been filed and from there that you can safely try to market you prouduct to companys. well he said not to include the words free energy or over unity to keep the discription real short and sweet like say a novle and unobvious way of produceing power. and the do some thing very similer to what steron is doing go on the global news and and release it but at the same time start selling the prouduct my self .  he seems to think that this would work
the exampel he gave was this if  you were to sell  a small flash light that used a high out put halogen bulb that would never need to be recharged or never needed batteries
that clearly would be far better than any thing on the market currently . that they would have a realy hard time suppressing that . do you guys agree?

isn't there a certain rule in patenting that an invention can not be perpetual motion or self-sustaining else they will not patent it? i could be wrong.

who is stepan? and would this person be willing to do that? becuse that is a realy good ideal infact are the places you guys are from known for keeping thing like this hidden?

ya i seen that  that he was the mod right after i posted and what i have developed is not pm and i didnt see any thing about self sustaining systems in fact ther is a patented self sustaing energy system that i seen while doing a art search 6 months ago  but the energy it produces is very small and what i devoleped will only work for 10 to 20 years per unit


but yes if he would be willing to do that under the right conditions i think thats a realy
good ideal
