My result was ......      My circuit wasnot complete as Roberto did.

The best I can make of your response is that your circuit was not complete and you didn't get very good results?

I couldnot find 7307.  So my circuit wasnot good to drive mosfet.  My input 330kHz frequency wasnot high enought.  When I increased higher frequency, the mosfet was not good repondence.
