Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

...so,a natural, pulsatory design can be a solution if we intend to copy, duplicate some essential processes that we know in the real physics.Think about electronics...

More, think about the pulsars, these sources of the pulsating energy/not radio energy only.../ located within the Milky Way.

Milkovic has this simple idea to measure, ponder the stress of a pendular motion in the fulcrum. It seems to be a first step in an endless game with gravity and inertia. This time the fulcrum is pulsatory, like water medium vs. the flappind/pendular tail of a fish.

The fish moves with a so easiness in the water...it is a different relation body/medium.

Maybe, the energy is an unseen appearence around us.

So,if we move something in some manner,we can win the so longtime answer, reward.
