I do not think your translation program did a very good job of getting your message across.  I do not understand if you already have a patent and are trying to "announce it" (whatever that means) or sell it, or do you need money to get a patent.  If you have a patent already, please post the patent number/patent office info or post a link to the patent so we can see what your device is all about.

Funny enough, I have several millions of dollars in money I would like to invest, but it's tied up in the Caymans right now because of international tax laws. If I can get a few thousand to cover the taxes and a few more to cover legal expenses than I'm sure I would love to invest in your company.
