Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

"This is Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Fusion. It does not rely on temp to create fusion, it relies on speeding the fuel ions into a potential well, they collide at great speed causing fusion."

Well, IronHead, this is a learning experience.  My elliptical field was not a successful choice.   Now I'm working with fashioning a stainless screen cylinder, but I have not been able to come up with that blasted Graco 100 micron unit y'all specified.   Cain't find it nowhere, local or on the web.   Shewin Williams sez it don't exist.  I think they're too dang lazy to find it fer me!

Also, yer spring water must be more highly mineralized than what I have available to me.   Conductivity levels are an order of magnitude lower than most everything you deal with in yer posts.   I'm studying up on dielectric coefficents and such to gain an understanding, and may well construct a dedicated cell for measurement of same.

My head hurts- back to the heatlamp.
