Let the dog bark man! Why you want to take that pleasure away from him? This kid has some serious psychological problems like Tseung. He needs help badly. Venting his anger here or barking here makes him feel good about himself, which must be rare for him in real world. He is a retard and retards have real problems. I have seen it couple of times.
