Lear also has material sent to him from the roswell crash which has also been determined to be of extraterrestrial origin.  I think these implants are basically control devices to collect data from our senses, like sight, sound, etc.  They could also be used to control individuals.  If you could somehow nullify the signals from the persons brain, and input your own signals, well that would be something scary.

My family is part of the abduction phenomena.  Most often three of us have the exact same lucid dream (just like the movie 'Matrix') to test what our reactions will be.   Yeah, the fun one is the pool.....nothing like breathing underwater with no gear.  But anyway, their technology is so far in advance of anything we have in public it isn't funny.

I don't think it to take control of someone but more a tracking device like a GPS and prob a something that get  and store data of the individual

maybe they can control it but its more a tracking device, once the guys is tracked, they can control it using a RC alien control!
