EXACTLY ,Yeah they need independent non commercial license replication tactics, and let me ask the if you can build it 

Yeah there is a loverly suppression story which follows this also, Tom Valone describes it to Peter sterling at the Tesla tech conference.According to Tom (who in IMO knew what he is talking about) there is a 3 -1 OU component involved, measured by more then one process.

Seems no one even steorn want an independent replication, that is the GAP IMO.

Focus Fusion is not "Cold Fusion", it's very serious "cheap hot fusion" work...
