well lets just say that i'm using distilled water and i get the same amount of gas without electrolyte after conditioning my tubes.
The only way to Validate is to Replicate!

Nice cell case btw!!!   :o why didn't you just used crazy glue for the bottom and sides?

well, it seemed easyer to do it this way...

can you explain the conditioning process to me and are you using VIC or something else to run your cell? I will be running it on 12V straight from the batteries, many amps i guess but 2v per cell.... am thinking of pulling about 100-150 A at 2 V..... 200-300W

i will try and build a VIC or a pwm of some kind in the future...

You can follow Ravz way to condition them, but RunningBare and I have come to find  a faster way with slow pulses 12v @ 300ma- 500ma. Change the water every 20 to 30 mins and let the tubes dry completely for the oxide layer to form. I just put mine in front of a fan to dry. Runningbare puts his by the door of an oven. The point is to let the oxide layer form. I guess if you have a compressor you can blow them dry... Whatever works...
