Do you know, how it works?
Just to run a flywheel with 6 Watts of input is not a big deal...
This can be done with 1 Watts, if done right...

The Ismael aviso motor working ( as per the actual witness )it looks  like EV Gray version with nine stator and 3 rotor coil and Power supply which they call FYMEGM energy. First time saw of that kind in a video footage with very high speed ( est. 2000rpm with 150 kilos flywheel load, reading clamp meter 0.53 amps only ) i am lookin if Lutec, Newman, muller or other have the same video. Ismael discover the FYMEGM enegry last month of May  25 days ago and now he has motor working, They are preparing for 2,000 watts load, no power outside, 24hrs running within 30 days.

I would be impressed if he would run with his motor a generator putting out 200 Watts of power on incand. light bulbs or so...
But just running a flywheel at a contant speed does only require the ball bearing friction losses and some wind air losses
to overcome, nothing more. there is no real mechanical load on the rotor !
A flywheel is no load !

What i learned from one of his friends he just discover ( after 3 years of research )  FYMEGM energy  last May, less than 27 days ago, and after that, Ismael build a sample motor which show in his website, but his goal is to run 24hrs. a mimnimum of 2,000 watts load in public view within 30 days. CNN was invited to cover the big events in the history. Many times ismael was intervies in the Philippines Media. According to him the worse or the minimum he can attain is 95% effiiciency using FYMEGM energy power.
His motor was unique, He is not using commutator. No waste of energy. 
His background Microwave and Sattelite design engineers for 12 years and this where he got his principles of FREE energy. Some groups veritfy him he was an  Industrial Automation design consultant in many company before he seriously research a Free Energy.
