Newby here, Heres my HHO system

Hello everybody,  they call me Mojo and I'm into making Hydrogen (Browns Gas).

        I have read allot of info here and at other sites, and decided to try to make a unit for my S10. It's a 4.3 powered truck that gets 19 mpg mainly at highway speeds of 70 to 80 mph for a daily distance of 65 miles.
   I started with some aircraft grade Stainless steel plates ( think they are 301 ss, magnet wont stick to them), 10 3 inch by 5 inch and one 3 inch by 7 inch, all .020 thick assembled them with the taller plate in the middle and 5 on ether side, right now I have the two outer plates as positive and the center plate negative, all separated 1/8th inch and tied with nylon tie straps. the assembly is mounted in a ABS cylinder 4 inch round by 10 inch long.. in the truck I have a hose going to the throttle body cover in the back over the idle circuit to the bottle. on truck power, I seem to have a little more power but the gas mileage is the same at 19 mpg. I'll get pics of my system later during the weekend.  I know that I have to work with the O2 sensors ( 3 each) with a EFIE system but I'm also going to get Portium Oxyisolaters from Protium Fuel Systems -

My question is should I put the hose in the vacuum line for the PCV valve, and what difference would it be if I changed the poles of the plates ( +nnnn-nnnn+  to  -nnnn+nnnn- ).  I'm going to make a PMW controller and a EFIE controller. On the EFIE I want to be able to control all 3 O2 sensors with 1 box, does any one know a way to do that?

LoL funny that you are in Fla, have an S-10 with a 4.3 and hare trying to do this.  I also live in Fla, central west coast, have a 98 s-10 ext cab and 4.3!  My truck only gets about 14mpg, but I pull a trailer alot and jnly have a 3 speed auto in it.  I have my booster all most done, and am now working on the electronics.  I don't think you need to worry about the o2 after the catalytic converter as if I understand right that only monitors the Converter emmisions.  I am using the smacks booster design, with some modifications, the major one being I used a sheet of resturant grade SS instead of the cover plates.   The EFIE controller I think (from what I have read) is the major reason you are not getting the better fuel mileage.  I am also looking into a way move the timing a bit since the hho burns faster.  I'll have to post some of my newer pics here and we can compare what we have thus far.  Question for ya though, where did ya find the room to mount the booster?

  i found my space after i ditched the big air cleaner box, and mounted a small cone style filter.
now its a matter of fabbing up a mount.  right now i have mine tied in, i didn't think that would last but its hanging there.  i'll send some pics later.
    i live in Ft. Walton Beach, work in Crestview, and play around Destin, pensacola, and Panama City

Kewl.  One of the biggest things I think that have inmproved my mileage so far was getting rid of the clutch fan.  I put a set of MrGasket HiPer Fans on it.  I am still saving the money to get the controller for the th700r4 I have for it.  I may change gears in the rear, but towing a trailer alot I dont think that will help much.  Did the cone filter help alot?  I heard you can get close on the S-10 by opening the small hole in the front of the AirBox but if the cone adds more room I may go that way.

yea, i was thinking of replacing my fan for an electric type, might do that later. the cone filter may have added a little more power, but i'm not noticing  the mpg yet. i think maybe disconnecting the battery for a while to reset the computer might help. i also have one of those tornado thingys installed, dont really see any more power or mileage. the box gave up a lot of space. just remember to add a support for the cone to rest on.  i've got those oxyisolators on order, damn they're expensive ($20.00 a piece), but we'll see if they are worth it.  i've got to test this generator for the output and all, see what it is doing.
BTW i got my cone filter from Advance Auto Parts for $20.00, but i'm sure you can get it anywhere. they are adaptable from 3", 31/2", and 4". my Mass AirFlow sensor inlet is 31/4" but when you take the boxtop off the MAF the rubber boot has a attached inner rubber seal that you have to cut off carefully and reuse, that will make 31/2", you then simply fit the filter on , clamp it down and thats it, just remember to support the assy.   saturday, is pics and test day, show and tell to come.    Stargate Atlantis will be on soon....later
