When ever energy is produced, so is a frequency. The frequency is the energy. You can not produce a energy without producing a frequency and you can not produce a frequency with out producing a energy. You can not produce either with out a flow of resistance. So with that said, electricity is nothing more then a flow of resistance. The flow is the positive and the resistance is the negative.

I am working with some things to verify my theory. I will post my findings when I am done.
