Just one question please?

Anyone seen a clip of lightning hitting water. I have not seen evidence of fusion there.

I could be wrong but plasma looks to me like one explanation although very few know all its characteristics.

It takes one that already have the Tesla Coil for the tests because the safety factor must be set very high. Smaller test setup could include cracking a drop of water in an explosion proof box with camera to monitor the results (high speed is preferred). I could go one. Looking for fusion in a pool is looking for trouble.

His idea is not crazy, we must try everything, doubt everything learned or told, the truth is out there. But let's do it safely.

A possible explanation of why it doesn't work in nature or in local experiments is that there is a variation of a factor that self protect the whole event.

The lightning strikes water, fusion starts and accelerate. A plasma doughnut surrounds the strike point but as it grows from the process, the magnetic bottle weakens and the process stops and starts again as long as the strike zone is targeted. Just like in a fusion reactor if the lose containment, the fusion stops but not after creating a mess in the lab.

He may be on to something and the process needs to be found, but it is a job for big research that will report nothing of value there.
