Using Aluminum Multivoid tubes for the Stan Myers system

Hi ,

Please bare with my 2 cents worth of advise.

This project have a potential for over-unity only if this is connected to a small generator in order to self sustain the hydrogen production.Since we know the modified generator will re-create water which could be pump back to the electrolyze r via a low power pump cum generator mayb.This could be a close loop system only if enough hydrogen is produced to self sustain the generator movement and water is pumped back.If this works only then could trying loading the generator.If generator stops only then we know it have reach the break-even point base on given produced hydrogen  for unit operation.

I got this idea from http://jnaudin.free.fr/     Bingo fuel project  but using own words.

Please do not waste time by connecting to fuel-cell which is only 50% efficient at the moment.
Then this layout will be no different from nimh battery which also base on hydrogen or hydrogen battery(These are not found in super marts but in satellites which comes with  80,000 charge cyles).There is no potential overunity for these.

While the possibility of overunity might not be acheived, yes a closed loop structure is what i would look at. Take for example a Al/Air battery that would use KOH  to produce power and at the same time produce Hydrogen in higher quantities due to the chemical reaction and at the end would consume the AL component and convert to Alumina, the Alumina can further be used with the purdue experiment with Gallium, thus maintaining a better cycle of life.

Reuse your fuel and your already saving.

Acheiving overunity might be difficult in this equation, the possibility of reusing a sub product like alumina (that would cost to convert back to aluminum) still looks like an interesting prospect.

I'm aware of sat batteries.

It all depends on the creator objective if project goal is to achieve better cycle life than the existing aluminium/Air Battery,could be done but require years of research for cycle charge perfection .

If you check out this link below and go the Bingo-fuel project you will realise that that that there are many successful replication of this project.You will see many pictures of modifed generators that are obtaining the hydrogen fuel directly produced from bingo using tap water.
This is what i call self substaining operation ,if you ignore the continuous  tap water flow leading to mini bingo tank.

But this Bingo rod needs around 10A to 30A to obtain a lot of hydrogen from tap water to run the generator and the main problem is the carbon rod do not last very long.

If this current project base on Aluminum Multivoid tubes could produce almost a much hydrogen with lesser Amperage requirement,then i could say this definately  a improvement over the bingo-fuel hydrogen generator .

I will definately give it a shot using your concept. What has me a bit worried is the 160V DC and 4A current load, That would be fairly difficult if I were to look at acheiving it from a car's battery for example. Some input here would be appreciated. Next question would be the gap between anode & cathode to have the plasma reaction take place.  More than 6mm, Less than 6mm Variable according to results?  Do you feel Aluminum will create the same plasma effect, Sure with the MMV there is a possibility of having a larger plasma area and also easy escape  routes for the Synthetic gas as you put it.

Plasma method isn't feasible with aluminium reason being temperature in water could get quite high that's the reason carbon rod was used. The light you see in water is believe to have  high temperatue which cause the carbon rod to errod slowly.
Although i admit this is very good at breaking water apart.


Seem stan myers method is more efficient at breaking water 1)It doesn't cause errosion of plates 2)It doesn't require much input power. 3)Efficient hydrogen output

The current project seems to in line  with Stan Myers.

For now my advise please do not waste money/time on any mini generator unless hydrogen production met your expectation in future.

After which could thrive for close loop system maybe.
