bourne,   electrolitics most likely will not work.  They do have the high capacitance and it's tempting to use them, but we need AC capacitors instead.  Electrolitics tend to blow up if you reverse the polarity, and I had two caps blow up in my face previously, and it's not fun at all, so I don't gamble any longer.  It's better to be save. 

You mention blue boxes, I think those are the switches and the inverter is the bigger box.  He made his own inverter if you listen carefully to what he says in the video.

Okay, another thing I am reading is that 'floating ground' conditions are usually required for negative energy to enter the circuit.    That is, since negative energy is force-free energy (provided by asymmetrical re-gauging of QED), it occurs prior to interaction with mass.  By grounding , we make it interact with mass, which just gives us ordinary old positrons (I think).

...I think that's probably why some of the strange TPU effects only occur in 'floating ground' conditions.  Something maybe to keep in mind while you experiment with this fan motor.  Let me paste another quote...

Then the negative energy should be transduced by the receiving circuitry so that normal powering for loads can then be accomplished, with a little switching.

I didn't mean electrolytic caps (maybe my spelling confused you) I meant using a water fuel cell (Stan Meyers style) as the capacitor. Just thinking out loud. After seeing your diagram with the transformer in-line with the caps reminded me of Stans WFC patent.

Reverse polarity electrolytic caps are only dangerous if you get parts of your body in the way!
One thing I used to do about 15 years ago at a place I worked was de-solder the small caps, turn them round, power up and BANG  try and get the aluminium cans to stick in the low fibre-board ceiling !!  Great fun !! Note - make sure the boss is not looking !!

I thought the inverter circuit was the yellow box, or is that a blue box with a yellow lid? difficult to tell from the youtube video
