I am sure that most of you have read SM's account of his interview with the FBI in his letter published in the compiled pdf of SM postings. It should be clear from this account of the interview that the TPU is classified technology belonging to the US government.  The fact that there is no patent also suggests that this is classified technology.  He may have been awarded a patent after presenting information about just a crucial part of the device in order to thwart 'suppression' if the authorities issue a secrecy order. Once they understood what the patent was really for they would have withdrawn it in the interst of national security.  If this is so then SM does not have the right to claim ownership of the TPU and neither does he have the right to sell the rights to the device to others.  The investers who paid him $10 million have effectively lost their money because it is not possible to manufacture classsified technology for sale to the public.  In 2003 SM again tried to sell the rights to something that does not belong to him by contacting the Seaspower group.  If I am right then SM is as much a scoundrel as Abdul Qadeer Khan who sells nuclear secrets to rogue states.

People on this forum regard SM as some kind of expert on the technology, but this is not so.   SM is a self taught man who discovered the technique by tinkering.  His naivity is revealed by his statement that the TPU pulls electricity out of the sky.  Once you understand where the energy comes from you would understand why this technology is so dangerous.  No responsible person who really understands this technology would dream of sending messages to a science forum encouraging the public to reproduce it because there is a chance that a forum member would have a fatal accident or turn it into a bomb.  I don't want to go into details about things the public are not supposed to know except to say that the TPU taps the same source of energy that caused Tunguska and this event was caused by high altitude lightning on a vast scale.

There are people on this forum who are so conceited that they believe that having an engineering degree makes them qualified to work with classified technolgy.  I can assure you that however well educated you are nothing you have been taught has prepared you for this.  No more dangerous than a wall socket?  Actually, free-energy is a lot more dangerous than a wall socket.  In his disclosure book Steven Greer clearly states several times that the classified devices that he proposes that the public should be allowed to buy for use as generators can also be used as weapons.  Why would Greer or anyone else consider giving such dangerous technology to the public if there was a harmless alternative in the form of the TPU?  It is possible that one of the classified devices on offer is in fact the US government's own version of the TPU.

About a year ago I began to susupect that there is a serious safety issue with magnet motors and that there are possible military applications for them.  Since the TPU appears to be the same thing except with virtual magnets then the same issues would apply to it as well.  I have since done more research that has convinced me that it is not possible to separate military and civillian applications of this technolgy and that presenting information about it on the internet will put the safety of the public in jeapardy.  That is why I deleted my post and why I will not share my research on free energy here.

Should we go back to banging rocks together then?

There is no evidience that he received anything for the technology much less 10M.  If he did discover it, he has the damn right to do whatever he pleases with it.  Look at all the inventors and discoverers before him.  What about Tesla's technology?  Should Tesla's patents be deleted from patent offices because they can be dangerous?

Perhaps there are no patents because thee simply weren't any given.

Taking a breath of air is dangerous.  Walking down the damn street is dangerous.  Driving a car is dangerous.  Working on a machine is dangerous.  Taking a crap on a toilet is dangerous - a damn snake might swim up the pipe and bight you on the arse - ROFLMFAO!!!!!

Hear about that kid that was enriching uranium in a shed next to his house?  Whole damn neighborhood was hot.  He's in the Navy now.  Hmm - guess that was a little dangerous...

Good Lord no Grumpy not plasma. Rumor has it it can get hot. Heat can cause burn injury. and even death. Besides the surgeon general has determined that living can be hazardous to your health!

Don't you realise that the inventors and thinkers need people who have convinced themselves that  they are smarter than than everyone else to protect us. Its all in the name of safety for goodness sake. Thats just what we need. more safety police running around. Its getting out of hand. don't you know that real progress is being made. Now we cant have that now can we. its unsafe i tell you!

If Governments don't want "free energy" or "cheap energy" in the hands of the people - it is becuase of one thing - control.

Look at the revenue collected from all the sources of energy that we use.

Look at the infrastructure required to deliver it to you and the support required to maintain it.

It's all about power and control - no pun intended.  The less the people rely on others - the less control you have.

What if we had replicators like on Star Trek - no worries for food, clothing, nothing to buy - just push a button and there it is. 

Don't you think that governments would take away everyone's arms (guns and such) if they could?  Is it for safety from ourselves?

Are we supposed to be like the "Copper-Tops" in the Matrix - contributing energy to the system in exchange for life and protection - as long as we keep contributing.

Then there is the aspect of the Matrix that is based on what many intelligent people have told us is the truth.  Things like "light speed can not be exceeded by matter", "perpetual motion machines and anything looking like one can not exist", etc.

Maxwell, after he wrote his fine works, stated that he did not know if he was correct.

Thoughts similar to this occured to Einstein as well.  Neither were gods - just mortal men.

Unless you look beyond what others before us have seen - we can see nothing more.  Same goes for the responsibility of mankind. 

Change has to come - it is enevitable - and no one can stop it forever. 

Mankind will mature as a species or destroy himself - like many before him (and a few times before too).
