Aquafuel reactor making lots of gas!?

Very interesting, I stumbled across an inventor called James Hunt, http://cscinventorsclub.blogspot.com/
He uses this same Plasma technology, I did a quick search of this technology, but cant seem to find anything that explains it in laymans terms. 

Can anyone explain the system to me?  Much appreciated

Have any of the patents referred to at the link you provided, solved the problem of the carbon rods being consumed so fast?
That to me seems to be the biggest hurdle?

Cheers Nightlife, just saw that Passion had posted a link on the actual science of it....  I have a pile of carbon rods incased in copper from a cinema projector....  Gonna try this out....

Guys, I'm kind of worried of this, if for example the generator runs low on water, the arc will ignite the gases in the generator....  Its a bomb waiting to go off.........
