I stumbled on the following while reading some messages in the newelectrogravity-yahoo-group.
Mr. Borbas Miklos presents his unipolar lifter which consumes no current. He present a video
"unipolar.avi" . Unfortunately I get an error-message by my realtime-player-software saying to the effect
that there is missing a decompression-methode. A Online-Update-Test did not show any failure.

Can someone in this group help me with problem ? I have the same problem with many videos I tried to open.

If this technique of Mr. Miklos works I doubt the Ionic-Wind-Explanation holds true.

I wrote him a direct mail asking to put a simple diagram on his website for better explanation of what he did.

Another more important experiment he did : he build the complete Anode-Kathode-configuration in a sealed
container, so there can be no Ionic wind outside the vessel.

Now, here is his message in this group :

Hi!

I have to present you an unipolar lifter, with no
current measured. The aluminium folie is not connected
to the supply.
In the PVC cupple is only one electrdode connected to
the pozitive pole of supply, to the +30kV.
You can see vide on my web site:

Best Regards:
Borbas Miklos

I did that a while back using an anode thing from a copier. It ran five times slower speed thatn a 'regular' hookup. It also ran backwards.

Hi Sojurner,

you have to use polysulfide-sealant as a dielectricum between cathode and anode. The epsilon of this sealant is about 2000 !! However - i presently doing a research on this with a german producer - there are minerals mixed in as additives.
So it might get conductive whe applied to a certain voltage-level. I will post my findings as soon I get the infos.
