what is impotent about safety with TPU or TPU building?

you may get electroshocked if you touch coils after you connected them with electricity it stay there
even after small thing like checking the resistance of the coil with a meter.

i think that Steven Mark was wearing latex gloves in the video when showing the large tpu.

i have seen that Otto used some EMI shilding, does anyone know how to build simular protection correctly?
