please forgive me this post but.....maybe Im asking much!

Maybe it would be interesting for all of us to hear your story about the TPU. We already know that a tube when first switched on gives a kick......

it would be interesting to know how you got the idea to build a TPU, your thoughts, your failures and successes.....not HOW to build one, just .....I mean from 1 kick from a tube to a TPU is a looooong time, a lot of money....

Im interested in the "background" story. Of course Im NOT asking anything thats forbidden for you to tell us!!!!

I hope you understand what I mean.

Im just asking. Maybe we have luck??Ha,ha.

Ok, SM said 2 freq , almost the same , the third one is kind of a ghost, depending on the phase it can be really slow , and could be filtered without effecting the transformer action , and then sent back in the loop.

Sm is mostly into amps , he probably like tube amps , and he discovered the effect playing with speakers ,he is a audio guy ,  if you have a guitar and good ears you can simulate the third note real easy , but will you ear it ?

Did I correctly understood ? First + second frequency generate beat.Rotation is a way to accumulate effect around. Tank circuit is set to resonate at beat (which is third frequency).
Is that SO SIMPLE ?

     If two tanks are resonating at the same frequency (especially at a harmonic of the beat freq) but out of phase a voltage is developed between the two resonant tanks.  This voltage can be collected on a capacitor or circulated as current between the two resonating portions of the circuit without dampening the generating resonant circuits. Why go to these lengths why not just generate a pulse.  Because the exchange of energy between the tanks is conserved and does not represent a loss from the circuit.  We can dampen the oscillations in the transfer part of the circuit without effecting the primary oscillators.  This dampening is for free.
