Can someone explain the differences between making hho gas and making the two gases separately?

I assume if your separating the gases then you are probably trying to create pure Hydrogen. I have no experience in pure Hydrogen but I know it costs more to create. 

The mixture of Oxygen with Hydrogen is kind of like a catalyst of baking soda and distilled water for electrolyte. It just amplifies the gas to make it stronger.

the reason i ask is because it appears that Dingel's cell was spitting the two gasses.  Look at this video:

He specifically says that he is getting the gas separately.

What I don't understand is why everyone else is perusing the combined method?

LOL , No biggee , I just get confused easy,.. Just hit the dollar store and wallmart, they both had the little condement (sp) cups @ 4 for a dollar. 2.5 oz, Hope Dallas isn't running 40 A's,anyone know if thats that what Dallas is using ? I went and got some SS cups that were about 8 oz and am constructing a WFC right now, will post up how it produces..

      Im running 19 cups in a water filter housing on my Dodge 2500Ram.  Im putting 60 amps into it with no problems other than the electrolyte boiling after 10 minutes.  Therefor Im installing a cooling coil in line today to cycle the liquid.

Start with Distilled H2o and put 1 spoon full of baking soda in this should get you about 10-15amps
if you use sodium hydroxide anything more than a half a spoon full will run your amps up to unmanageable and dangerous levels.

For a test run last week I hooked the cell up to a 200amp battery charger and used sodium hydrox, was working fine until i got a loose connection on one of the bolts.  Started to sizzle and could see arching in the water. Just hit the off switch in time before it melted.

Fun while it lasted, but now im getting serious with an all stainless cell.

Is the new twister using a PWM ?
    No.  I did however test with a golf cart variable motor control for a while.  I wanted to have more control over the setup while we tested it on the Dodge 2500 Turbo Diesel
But for any other reason than what I mentioned, it really hasn't benefited at all using a pwm.  These are just my findings, please let me know if anyone finds something to the contrary.
