(New Idea) An Intermittent Wind Powered Generator

Hi

This generator is powered by natural intermittent wind.  Normal wind generators do not like intermittent wind. 

Why not we use wind speed and direction change from time to time to power a generator? Details on http://www.freelights.co.uk/wg.html  with Youtube video link.   

This is test model, many questions needs to be answered about this generator.
