Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I have become aware of the free energy type devices since about early March this year and have been on a tear of research since that time devouring everything I could find on the subject.  While I still have a bit left to learn myself, I believe I have discovered enough to realize a general short sight in the forums and websites dealing with the electrolysis of water (and no disrespect is intended to those who haven?t).  Quite simply that is this:  it seems people are focusing a lot on methods or designs and not on water.  What I mean to say is, I believe the key is in the understanding the nature of the underlying subject matter [water] and that this knowledge will make all our lives a little easier.

Stanley Meyers in these circles often times seems to be credited with the whole water car movement and the incorporation of electronic pulsation in water to facilitate higher efficiency electrolytic production.  There are two comments I want to make about this.  First, Stan did not invent this technology.  It had been circulating around in specific form for 15-20 years prior to his 15 minutes of fame in the mid to late 90s.  A news spot back in the 70s with Jack Nicholson driving a Chevy powered on water was on television and a clip may even be had on YouTube.  Second, he did not use electronic stimulation in the form of a pulse generator alone to accomplish his results.  For those who read his patents and technical writings, particularly the Water Fuel Cell (WFC) he states explicitly he also incorporates the use of UV energy or electromagnetic energy to increase output and charge the ions to a greater potential which produces a more potent gas fuel than simple hydrogen and oxygen combustion alone.

Just to site a few gems for everybody?s benefit, Stan?s plan for the WFC was actually derived from a patent by a man named Henry Puharich which I think many have heard of in these forums.  Puharich filed for his patent 4,394,230 in 1981.  In his plans he speaks of a circuit that controls a pulse frequency generator and has included many other calculations for efficiency and conversions and so forth.  He speaks at length about some properties of water here.  His plan also called for the use of AC power which was not a first and apparently has it?s virtues over DC.  He also went into detail about some of the properties of water including the resonant frequencies that excite water having a base frequency of about 600Hz as well as additional harmonics that excite water at 7960, 15920, 31840 and 63690Hz.  If any of you know music then the concept of harmonics is already familiar.

Puharich began developing this understanding while developing devices to help deaf people hear and for blood storage.  His basic circuits were demonstrated in patents 3,726,762 and 3,563,246 both filed in 1967.  He also was kind enough to provide the detail behind the circuits down to the loads and resistance for each component.  He pays homage to other patents in his 1981 [4,394,230] work which is good scientific etiquette.  He refers to a researcher named Stephen Horvath who developed two key patents on the subject: 3,980,053 and 4,107,008 which were granted in 1976 and 1978 respectively.  These are core material for anyone interested in working this type of project.

Horvath introduced another twist in the electrolysis of water, radiology, or adding short wave electromagnetic radiation to the system to further excite the water in addition to the electrical pulse stimulation.  The circuits will look very familiar to those who have been experimenting with the Meyers circuit.  Electromagnetism helps facilitate gas production by helping to polarize and physically tear apart water molecules and drive ions directionally to their respective poles and help them collide with other molecules in the water bath and free more electrons, and prevent electrons from re-bonding with atomic nuclei during the off pulse, and so forth.  This is what Stan?s WFC did but he used UV with a laser.  The off pulse in the cycle allows for a two steps forward one step back dynamic.  With an additional energy introduced to the medium constantly on, this off pulse problem is now mitigated.

The point is, water is a very mysterious substance and is very inefficient to electrolyze economically and in volume and is widely understood and accepted.  Many researchers including Kiyoshi Inoue [4,184,931 in 1980] talks about electrical pulse to increase electrolysis efficiency.  Saul Hackmyer [4,265,721 in 1981] noted that microwave energy added to the system will greatly increase efficiency by using a microwave frequency of 915Mh.  UV excitation of water occurs at 205nm if I am remembering correctly and the list goes on and on.

As mentioned earlier, the key is knowing what the ?pressure points? for water is whether it be frequencies of the electrical, microwave or infrared/ultraviolet types, AC/DC effects, atmospheric pressures, etc.  If you understand the nature of the water itself and what resonant (physical or chemical) weak spots it has (physical or chemical), then you can incorporate any method you wish to generate sufficient gas to run a given application.

So, at running the risk of repeating myself, do some study on the dielectric properties of water, spectroscopy, etc.  Then you just need to ask, how do I go about generating a wavelength of 915Mh or create pressure of 100 atmospheres, etc.

And that?s just about all I have to say about that?

Now a second issue is the metering and distribution of gas, mechanical conversions, etc. to implement this to an application.  That requires a whole different set of disciplines and knowledge but is not rocket science.  I may post comments on this in a later post but wanted to share my thoughts on the subject.

Pass it around everybody to everyone you know who has an interest in this field and perhaps it will help the collective momentum.

See ya around...

Thanks! I notice none of the old-timers here have bothered to comment on this.  Maybe no one wanted to admit there was something there they didn't know about. I will...other than the Meyer patent iself, I hadn't heard of the other folks. I'll be busy reading for sure! Maybe things like this should be stickied.... and on that subject, maybe the mods could facilitate the group's work as a whole by introducing some different subcategories under Electrolysis. Like Containment, Power Sources, Material Use, Question and Answer, Newb Question and Answer, My Latest Vids, What Am I Doing Wrong, Ponderings, etc, etc...

Howdy,

This is good research.  It is clear that we are going to need an alternative to gasoline and diesel.  Gas here is $4.20 for super and $4.75 for diesel.  I have an idea about the electrolyzer.  Usually I get ignored, but here goes.  In reference to the Tibetan singing bowl thread, sound, and electromagnetic waves both have harmonic properties.  I think that the properties of sound need to be incorporated into the electrolyzer.  In music there is a concept called dissonance, which is a bad sounding chord.  I think that dissonance has disruptive properties.  Rather that using a single specific frequency in the electrolyzer there needs to be two frequencies that form a dissonant chord.  I am exploring the idea of using two sine wave generators at different frequencies to generate a dissonant chord in the electrolyzer.  I think that the disruptive properties of the dissonant chord will cause the water to "crack" and become HHO.  So what I am saying in a nut shell is that we need disharmony within the electrolyzer chamber which will create disruptive effects on the water molecules, hopefully break the molecular bond, and produce the HHO that we are looking for.  The trick to doing this is using one of those key frequencies that "excites" the water, and then add a second frequency that creates the "disharmony" which causes the molecular bond to "crack".

Ponder that for a while...
