No ill effects from eating natural b-17.Only cost the price of food.apples,peaches ,etc.I use bricks to crack my seeds but you can use pliers too.triffid

I get the bitter taste from storebought fruit seed kernals.So that tells me I'm getting ample amounts of b-17 without paying high prices for" organic forms"
of fruits.I am so happy I found a way to keep me from getting cancer.Trying to convince others is difficult with all the brainwashing going on in the media.triffid
